One city.  One film. Two shows.

Stephen Inman's backstage passport

Power cut. Emergency lighting. Will it happen?

All hands on deck to get the show on the road.

Yet here we are, commemorating the night as one of the most powerful nights of the year.

Deaf Club = true art.

They emit energy that can penetrate right thru our collective spines.

10 seconds in - that feeling when something hits you like a rock and you are teleported,

terrified

excited

ready to let go

This performance brought me back to that first time feeling of why I love

music and art so much. I can't wait

to see them again.

Deaf Club are amazing musicians and together bring

such a great, fierce energy

that's undeniable.

I love that JP just doesn't stop which, selfishly, means I

get to see him

once in a while but it's great to see how that keeps

bringing people together, as well as friends old and

new, to revel in the

catharsis of sonic assault

Klub 007 --

Where Memories are made -

I went here  on my first visit to Praha - 1992.

Praha has changed a fuck of a lot -

Not 007.

Still no bullshit.

The music still rules.

Still the same 007.

007 stage

To me- any chance to see (and to share stage with!) any of Justin Pearson's bands is a blessing. Since discovering The Locust, I was completely thrilled by the signature chaotic insanity which then continued with RETOX (played Klub 007 in 2015), Head Wound City or Deaf Club - an element which I consider rare among active bands in the genre nowadays. I really hope to catch more shows in the near future

- Marian Leskovsky

Mate, i swear, being back in Praha

with the boys, giles, TaSz and Lars it

felt like we were back in April. I was really looking forward to this show and Praha delivered as usual, as did

Deaf Club! For me, one of the highlights of the tour was definitely

the 2nd show and this particular

moment: Tourette’s cover featuring TaSz, with  the band playing a Fuck Money riff as an intro and an outro.

 Amazing show by the way

IT REALLY INSPIRES ME TO SEE HOW HARD JP WORKS AFTER DECADES OF THE EVER-UPHILL BATTLE IT IS TO MAKE AND PROMOTE OUTSIDE THE BOX ART.

IT WAS AN AFTERNOON OF SAN DIEGO TRAILBLAZERS
